Danielle Richard

My work is a testament to a quest for beauty, it is in a way its guiding thread. It echoes those moments of silence and peace, inspired by life far from the tumult. I often paint the "eternal feminine", the one I know especially from the inside, the one that proves the best medium for the emotions that I prefer. The mediums used are pastel, acrylic and oil. My approach is part of a movement called "realistic", whose language is optimistic, poetic and timeless.
