Odysseas

Odysseas Oikonomou was born in Albania to Greek parents in 1967. He began his professional painting career in 1991. He is inspired by the surroundings where he lives in Greece and by the ones he dreams of living in. His favorite painters are El Greco, Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Monet, William-Adolphe Bouguereau, Alexei Alexeivich Harlamoff, as well as Greek painters such as Nikolaos Gyzis, Nikolaos Lytras, Georgios Jakobides, Aggelos, George Rorris, and Vaggelis Rinas.

He has been featured in numerous exhibitions and publications since 2001.
